Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the websites, web applications and Android applications of BBTEK (Gestion Caisse Pro, BBTEK Resto, BBTEK Hôtel, QR Vente, Flotte, File d’attente, BBTEK Pharma, BBTEK Radio & TV and the game BBTEK Sky Strike), and to our social media accounts.

2. Data we collect

We only collect what each service needs to work:

User accounts (Caisse Pro, Resto, Hôtel, QR Vente, Flotte, File d’attente, Pharma, Radio & TV): name, e-mail address or username, password (stored in irreversibly hashed form) and role.
Data entered by business customers: products, sales, bookings, customers, vehicles, tickets, stock, etc. This data belongs to the business customer, which remains responsible for its content; BBTEK hosts and processes it solely to provide the service.
BBTEK Pharma — location: if you tap “near me”, your device location is used to find the nearest pharmacy. It is requested only at your initiative and you can refuse it, then pick your city from the list.
BBTEK Sky Strike game: your best score and settings are stored on your device only. The game creates no account and sends no personal data.
Technical data: IP address, device type and server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Messages: information you send us by form, e-mail or WhatsApp.

3. Purposes

To provide and secure the services, manage accounts, answer your requests, provide support and improve our applications. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

4. Hosting and security

Data is hosted on our own server. Access is protected by passwords and secure connections (HTTPS). Regular backups are made and sent in encrypted form to remote storage so the service can be restored after an incident.

5. No sale, no sharing, no targeted advertising

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. Our services contain no targeted advertising. Data may only be disclosed at the request of a legally competent authority.

6. Google, Meta and TikTok APIs

We use the APIs of Google (including Google Drive), Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok only to (a) publish our own content on our own accounts and (b) store our own encrypted backups. We do not access other users’ personal data on these platforms. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Social media

When you interact with our accounts (comments, messages, mentions), those exchanges are governed by the policies of the platforms concerned. We use them only to reply to you.

8. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active, then deleted within 12 months of closure, unless the law requires otherwise (e.g. accounting). Technical logs are kept for at most 12 months. Encrypted backups are rotated and the oldest are deleted automatically.

9. Your rights

Under Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data and the rules of the Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP), you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise them, write to bocarrr@bbtekofficiel.com or via WhatsApp at +221 78 137 28 75; we reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may contact the CDP.

To delete your account and data, send us a request from the e-mail address linked to the account.

10. Children

Our business services are not aimed at children. The Sky Strike game collects no personal data.

YouTube API Services

BBTEK uses the YouTube API Services solely to publish its own promotional videos on its own YouTube channel (BBTEK-TV). We do not access any data of other YouTube users.

By using these features, you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; the Google Privacy Policy also applies.

Data used: only the authorization token of our own channel (“upload videos” permission). It is stored encrypted on our server and is never shared with third parties.
Revoking access: you can revoke BBTEK’s access to your Google account at any time from the Google security page.
Deletion: data is deleted upon simple request to bocarrr@bbtekofficiel.com, within 7 days.

Visit statistics

We measure the traffic of our sites with Matomo, free software hosted on our own server (stats.bbtekofficiel.com). These statistics are anonymous: your IP address is truncated (two bytes masked), no cookie is set, your browser’s “Do Not Track” request is respected and no data is shared with any third party. Raw data is deleted after 12 months, and login and administration pages are never measured. Country and city are estimated from the truncated IP address with the free IP Geolocation by DB-IP database.
